There is finally a ray of hope!After many years of chronic pain and multiple problems with my health I feel I have turned a corner. Following my fourth colonic I discovered I was down app. 12 pounds! Unbelievable! Though weight loss was not the primary reason I had turned to natural health care, it certainly was a very welcome surprise!! I was jumping for joy! I look forward to a gradual but steady improvement in my overall health. It has taken many years of poor habits and too many prescriptions for my body to shut down, so I know I can’t expect “instant” health. We live in a society of far too many instant remedies. I have had 21 colonics….at first my abdomen was hard and protruding, now it is soft and a lot smaller. My bowels work 3-4 times a day without problems. My stamina and endurance has increased. From being short of breath, going up 1 set of stairs, I improved and can now go up 6 flight of stairs.  Hello, my name is Wendy Hillier.I have suffered with Psoriasis from age 26 until now at age 43. I have tried many different treatments and medications over the years including Methodrexate, a drug used for cancer patients that can cause damage to your liver! I used that drug for about 3 years when I started having problems with my liver. I had to be taken off the drug. My Psoriasis covered most of my lower legs, hands, feet, elbows, wrists and arms and was inflamed and itchy. I used creams to try to clear it and nothing seemed to help. I decided to give Colon Hydrotherapy a try. I met with Renate Graf at her office and things began to happen. Through diet change, supplements and Colonics my psoriasis has cleared. I currently use Dovobet cream just to keep my skin completely clear. I believe that in time I will be able to stop using creams altogether.  Hi Rnate!On September 3rd it will be 2 months that I came to you for help with the Arthritis pain in my right hand. My middle finger and my ring fingers were swollen and I could not make a fist or hold a glass, I could not garden or play golf with my husband. My body was on fire!  Renate Graf not only gives me amazing weekly massages, but also knows any changes in my body! She detects for example swollen ankles, dark and patchy dry skin, unlike the ones Diabetics have. As requested, a quick note.
Having lost my daughter a year and a half ago my body went into shock. In the last six months I hit rock bottom. Going to see the Doctor it was automatically diagnosed as depression due to the lost of my daughter without any testing. Listening to my Doctor I assumed they were correct. Onto depression meds which took my life away, I started noticing other changes (i.e. hot flashes). Back to the Doctor to get some blood work done, I was informed that I was going thru the change of life prematurely due to the loss of my daughter. Decided to quit cold turkey from the depression meds and started taking ‘Natural Changes’. Within 24 hours in amazement my hot flashes were terminated. I no longer take meds of any kind and solely use Nature’s Sunshine. Thank you for the alternative way of taking medicine.
